Wintek's goal is to provide you with uninterrupted, high-quality, high-speed, low-latency connections to the Internet. To that end, we are multihomed to the Internet using fiber-optic connections to Indianapolis and Chicago. We also utilize routers and switches from Cisco Systems, robust hardware and software for our servers, uninterruptable power supplies from Advanced Power Conversion (APC), backup electric generators, and a highly trained and competent staff.
If you detect either an interruption to your service or degraded service, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to diagnose the problem and restore service as quickly as possible.
In the event of a problem, and at your request which must be made within 5 days of the problem, regardless of the duration or cause, we will credit your account for an amount YOU determine is appropriate. The total amount of credit during a calendar month is limited to the cost of one month's service.
Wintek Corporation reserves the right to modify this Service Level Agreement at any time, effective upon posting at http://www.wintek.com/sla.html.
